Position
Warehouse Administrator (Full-Time)
Location
Wheeling, IL 60090
Responsibility
- Warehouse facility management
- Warehouse warehousing, shipment management
- Forklift operation
Requirement
- Previous experience in forklift operation
- Proven experience in warehouse facility management, maintenance (PREFERRED)
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, manufacture company (PREFERRED)
- Previous experience in handling liquid chemical products (tank lorry, flexitank, IBC totes packaging)
- Must be fluent in English
- Korean and Spanish bilingual (PREFERRED)
- Previous experience in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Citizen or permanent resident (MUST)
- Ability to commute to the warehouse in Wheeling (PREFERRED)
Experience
- Warehouse management : 1 year (PREFERRED)
- Facilities maintenance : 1 year (PREFERRED)
Salary TBD
Work Hour
Monday-Thursday 8:00 am ~ 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am ~ 3:00 pm
Weekly total 40 hrs.
No Nights / No weekends
